ULC’s Oxford Vista property in Southeast Aurora is home to the AmeriCorps NCCC Division’s Southwest headquarters. The organization recently released their 2018 report, which you can read in full here. According to the report, “to codify and strengthen our commitment to a bottom-up, community-driven project portfolio, the SW Region entered into a formal agreement with the State of Colorado and Habitat for Humanity to prioritize NCCC placements in the state on affordable housing projects. We are working towards formalizing a similar agreement in Texas, where long-term Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts are the state’s top priority.”

ULC is proud of our partners for recognizing the critical need for affordable housing across the State of Colorado.  Additional milestones include: 107 completed projects, 48 affordable homes built and 312,858 service hours completed.
