The following is a report written by Jordan Hallman, ULC’s Community Connector. In the report, Hallman explains the current impact that community investments have had on West Denver neighborhoods. The report focuses on areas surrounding the W Rail Line Corridor, which has played a key role in the current reshaping of many neighborhoods. West Colfax, Villa Park and Sun Valley are the three neighborhoods highlighted in Hallman’s report.
