Community Land Trusts Prove Successful in Wealth Building for Lower Income Households

The two studies linked below are supporting documents on the success of community land trusts. These studies, completed by the Urban Institute and National CLT Network convey the critical importance of CLT’s both from the success of wealth building of lower income households, but also how they outperform the market when looking at foreclosure rates.
