Request for Statements of Interest: ULC and Partners Release RFSI for Building in Northeast Park Hill

Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), Self-Help Ventures Fund (SHVF) and the Holly Area Redevelopment Project (HARP) are soliciting requests for statements of interest from entities interested in purchasing and operating out of the building located at 3350 Hudson St. in the Park Hill neighborhood. Interested organizations must indicate interest by responding to this request on or before 5:00 p.m. MST Friday, February 8, 2019.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
To be considered, interested parties must submit a complete response to this Request for Statements of Interest before 5pm Mountain Time on Friday, February 8, 2019. Each submittal must include one (1) digital and three (3) hard copies. RFSIs must be addressed and submitted to the following:

- What are the average annual operating costs for the building?
- In FY 2018, costs were approximately $36,000 for utilities, $24,000 for cleaning, and $39,000 for repairs/contractors.
- Will Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment be included?
- Fixtures and equipment, yes. All furniture and personal property of Roots Elementary will be excluded.
