ULC’s real estate team has grown! Mark S. Marshall joined the ULC staff on November 2 as the Director of Real Estate where he will work with Debra Bustos, VP of Real Estate on property acquisition, development, financing and disposition.

Mark brings over 28 years of experience in the building/development industry and his wealth of knowledge spans a variety of development types that include government facilities and military family housing, affordable housing, mixed-use, mixed-income, market-rate and student housing.   His  extensive work experience encompasses deal  sourcing, acquisitions, housing  development,  land  development,  budgeting,  scheduling, architectural design and  project  management. Mark is new to Denver, coming by way of Chicago where he lived for 20 years.
