ULC’s tenant at our Santa Fe Ten property in the Santa Fe Arts District, Knotty Tie, was recently featured by Channel 7 News for their unique and socially responsible business model. Founded by Jeremy Priest and Mark Johnson, Knotty Tie designs and manufactures apparel like ties and scarves while simultaneously employing recently resettled refugees in Denver, Colorado.
