Gary Community Investments (GCI) recently announced the launch of Elevation Community Land Trust, a new regional community land trust and temporary subsidiary of Urban Land Conservancy. GCI is leading efforts through a hiring committee representing philanthropy, community members and affordable housing experts to identify a President and CEO.
