Park Hill Station Apartments Opening February 2016

Park Hill Station apartments are scheduled to open in February 2016, with at least 20 families moving in by the end of February and 30-40 per month after that until all 156 units are occupied. This is the first phase of development at our 9.4 acre Park Hill Village West site and we are thrilled to show off Delwest’s wonderful affordable housing development!
ULC is currently in negotiations with a potential development partner for the next phase of development on the site which will include the planned 303 ArtWay art and culture trail that will start at the A Line Commuter Rail station, connecting the Park Hill neighborhood.
This new transit-oriented development adds 156 units of affordable housing to Denver’s supply. With a current gap of 27,000 in Denver alone, there is clearly much more work that must be done to address this critical need!!
