Construction at ULC’s Mountain View Nonprofit Tower is running smoothly, with bathrooms on the seventh floor expected to open next week. In keeping with schedule, the fifth and sixth floor bathrooms will be remodeled upon completion of the seventh floor.

Rebecca Landau, ULC’s Property Manager, reported that steel for the brand new elevator will be set at the end of next week. The Alliance Construction crew will use a crane for the project, effectively closing the westbound lane of 16th avenue. We are happy to report that the project is going according to schedule, and are excited to see our remodeled building in just a few short months!
