Walnut Street Lofts was originally a part of ULC’s Blake TOD property, which ULC acquired in November 2011 through Denver’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Fund. In 2017, ULC announced our partnership with Medici Consulting Group (MCG) after they were awarded low income housing tax credits.
