I-70 Expansion Displaces Local Residents and Garners Criticism for CDOT
As CDOT moves forward with plans to expand I-70, local residents from Globeville, Elyria and Swansea prepare to relocate. Although CDOT has allotted two million dollars in funds towards affordable housing for the displaced residents, the Urban Land Conservancy’s Tony Pickett said this is not nearly enough.
