Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Breaks Ground on Housing Facility
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless broke ground on a 129-unit housing development on January 16th. This site, formerly owned by ULC, will become a huge resource for helping low-income and homeless residents find housing in northeast Denver. The future Renaissance at North Colorado Station, is located only 3 blocks from the future East Rail Commuter Line station that connects downtown Denver to the airport. CCH’s latest development will provide not only needed affordable housing, but also on-site support services. Congratulations to an incredible organization who does amazing work for Colorado’s vulnerable residents!
