The first of a 3 part report series authored by Alan Gottlieb, this report focuses on ULC’s work with schools since 2004. ULC has worked with more than a dozen schools on identifying suitable properties to buy or lease in neighborhoods that lack strong, traditional public school options. This reports highlights lessons learned, successes, challenges and provides the foundation on how ULC was able to partner in the creation of new school facilities.
