ULC has released a follow up to the November 2015 report, “A Partnership to Uplift Aurora’s Teen Parents,” entitled “A Better Way.”

This report, authored by Alan Gottlieb, is the third report in a three part series and demonstrates through examples how Colorado is suffering from a lack of facility space for schools. In order to address this grave need, a specific Charter School Facility Fund is being created to support the construction of new school facilities. that documents the development of a charter school that benefits two generations simultaneously.
