HARP Receives 7 Responses for Next Phase of Development at Holly Square
The Holly Area Redevelopment Project received 7 responses from their recently released Request for Statements of Interest (RFSI) to redevelopment the next phase of Holly Square. HARP’s Redevelopment Committee will review the responses and recommend candidates for the community to consider. ULC highly encourages community involvement in this process, if you are interested in participating in HARP please contact James Roy II at jroy@urbanlandc.org.
This is yet another reason to celebrate the great things happening in the neighborhood! HARP will be identifying a development partner that can truly create something that compliments the Boys and Girls Club and other assets in northeast Park Hill. Interviews are expected to take place through March, with a Redevelopment Committee formal recommendation to HARP taking place in April.

ULC has owned this site of this redevelopment opportunity since 2009. It is currently being enjoyed by the community in partnership with Impact Empowerment Group, as the Holly Peace Courts which includes basketball and futsal courts as well as a playground.
Stay tuned for the next phase of development, creating yet another community asset in the heart of northeast Park Hill!
