Check it out – Denver is highlighted again for work around affordable housing at transit.  This report is particularly interesting as it addresses how Community Land Trusts (CLT) are meeting needs to ensure that affordable homes are created and preserved at transit sites AND the affordability of those homes are preserved for the long-term.
