NEWSED’s Jody Apartments at Sheridan Station on RTD’s West Corridor Chosen for Housing Colorado Now! Conference Charette

Housing Colorado Now! hosted their annual premier affordable housing conference in Vail this month, and selected the Jody Apartments as one of three design charette development projects.  For 2 days, professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds worked together to create a brilliant master redevelopment of the Jody site.  All three sites presented incredibly inventive and sustainable designs, and all hope to incorporate design concepts from this charette in actual redevelopment plans.
Thanks to all who participated on the Jody team!
