Ford Foundation annouces a $500,000 grant

 

ULC – a member of the Mile High Transit Opportunity Collaborative – welcomed the Ford Foundation last week for an exciting annoucement. The collaborative has been awarded a $500,000 grant to ensure that Denver’s FasTracks transit system improves the lives of all Denver residents by increasing access to affordable housing, good paying jobs, and essential services.

Community Development Partnership hosts Mayoral Forum May 26th
  

The Community Development Partnership – a group of nonprofit community developers, foundations and financial institutions,is hosting a Forum with Denver Mayoral candidates:

 

Michael Hancock and Chris Romer

 

When:      Thursday, May 26, 7:30-9:00 a.m.  

 

                Doors open at 7:30.  Forum begins promptly at 8 a.m.

  

 

Where:      PPA Event Center, Evergreen B Room 

                 2105 Decatur St, Denver 

                 Parking is available in the lot behind the event center

PJ Danehy – Asset Manager

PJ manages various ULC properties including Phillips Center, Dahlia Apartments and the upcoming development of Mile High Vista.

 

James Roy II – Associate

James works on mapping and transit-oriented development (TOD) research. He built ULC’s database that tracks and monitors potential opportunities and investments, while also providing printable reports from the data. He also built and manages the GIS map database that houses ULC’s research of targeted areas.
