One of the reasons ULC is so successful in our real estate investments is the brilliance of Kutak Rock! As our real estate attorney and general counsel, Kutak Rock has not only advised us on the complex contract negotiation /acquisition and disposition of our real estate investments, especially those involving multiple partners, but represents ULC in organizational issues, all aspects of various financing products (conventional and special investor credit facilities), development agreements, land leases, property management issues, and establishing complex ownership structures.
