April 28, 2011 UpdateWhat’s Happening?  Well…

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) voted unanimously to execute an agreement between RTD and Yale TOD Partners to create a Transit-Oriented Master Plan for the Yale Station area.  This site includes parcels of land owned by RTD and the 3 Partners:  Urban Land Conservancy, Koelbel and Company and Mile High Development.

ULC hosts 1st Annual Real Estate Breakfast

The weather cooperated yesterday (we were nervous), it was a beautiful day to enjoy breakfast on the rooftop of Mile High Development’s Museum Residences in downtown Denver!  ULC presented opportunities and examples of how we partner with for profit developers on projects, and receive land and property donations from Foundations and real estate companies for the purpose of preservation and community development.  RTD’s General Manager, Phil Washington, spoke about the progress of FasTracks and goals for the development of transit-oriented communities.

Quite the venue, a top notch crowd and great program!
