ULC acquired 11th Avenue TOD in July of 2012 using Denver’s Transit-Oriented Development Fund.  This is the 7th property acquired with the TOD Fund.  ULC will partner with Rocky Mountain Communities who plans to construct 58 affordable senior homes less than 1/4 mile from the Sheridan Station on the West Rail Line.  This 5 story building will have immediate access to rail transit as well as the bike/pedestrian path providing seniors with access to healthy food, health services, jobs and educational opportunities.
