Urban Land Conservancy acquired Westminster TOD I in July 2019 with the Metro Denver Impact Facility (MDIF) for $1.75 million. The single story office building is centrally located in the City of Westminster’s planned redevelopment area, and less than two blocks from the Westminster Commuter Rail Station. This was ULC’s second property acquisition in Westminster as we continue to expand throughout the Greater Denver region.

ULC has completed the purchase of 5.5 acres at the Westminster Rail Station, which will include affordable housing and community supporting space.
