Urban Land Conservancy acquired Westminster TOD II for $4.3 million in September 2019 using the Metro Denver Impact Facility (MDIF). The 4.5 vacant parcel is centrally located in the City of Westminster’s planned redevelopment area, and two blocks from the Westminster Commuter Rail Station. This was ULC’s third property acquisition in Westminster as we continue to expand throughout the Greater Denver region.
