Cole Neighborhood

Urban Land Conservancy acquired the Tramway Nonprofit Center in 2007. Tramway is home to over 15 nonprofit organizations serving the Denver region. In 2017, ULC demolished Tramway’s vacant warehouse. The land, now known as Cole Train, is slated for the future development of affordable housing.
