Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) is excited to announce we have recently welcomed three tenants to our South Platte Crossing office space in Commerce City. These tenants are: Cultivando, Front Range Clinic and the Regional Transportation District (RTD). ULC acquired South Platte Crossing in 2018 to preserve critical community serving office space.

Located adjacent to the 72nd and Colorado station on RTD’s future N Line Commuter Rail, South Platte Crossing is a six story office building located in Commerce City. With nearly 80,000 square feet of office space, ULC is still leasing portions of the building.
