Park Hill Village West

Park Hill Village West is located at the 40th & Colorado station on the A Line. Phase 1 of development was complete in 2016 with the opening of Park Hill Station apartments, 156 affordable rental units. The remainder of the site will be developed by Integral and will include additional housing as well as community serving and commercial space.

Construction of Park Hill Station is progressing quickly and is over  50% complete!  The project is very close to being on schedule, even with 35 days of weather delays earlier this year. Congratulations to our development partner Delwest! Leasing will begin in 2016 with 100% completion near the end of the 1st quarter of 2016
