Park Hill Village West

ULC purchased Park Hill Village West, a 9.4-acre parcel in Northeast Denver, in March of 2013 using Denver’s TOD Fund and program related investments from the Piton Foundation and Gary Community Investments. It is ULC’s largest land purchase to date and the multi phases of development with eventually conclude over 400 units of houses and 80,000 sf of commercial space.

Construction of Park Hill Station is progressing quickly and is over  50% complete!  The project is very close to being on schedule, even with 35 days of weather delays earlier this year.
