Park Hill Village West is located at the 40th & Colorado station on the A Line. Phase 1 of development was complete in 2016 with the opening of Park Hill Station apartments, 156 affordable rental units. The remainder of the site will be developed by Integral and will include additional housing as well as community serving and commercial space.
