Urban Land Conservancy acquired this property in December 2018 for $1.8 million. La Tela (formerly known as Inca Commons) was ULC’s third acquisition using the Metro Denver Impact Facility (MDIF). The 18,000 square foot site is located in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District and will support a mixed-use development with resident and commercial space. Future development will include 92 units of permanently affordable for-sale housing for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). La Tela is expected to break ground at the end of 2019, with units expected to be available for purchase in early 2021.
