ULC acquired the Jody Apartments in 2007 as an affordable housing preservation in partnership with NEWSED. The 62 affordable apartments sit adjacent to the Sheridan Light Rail Station on RTD’s W Line.
NEWSED owns and operates the apartments, while ULC owns the land through a 99 year land lease. This guarantees long term affordability for future generations.
