Urban Land Conservancy acquired Inca Commons in December 2018 for $1.8 million. This was ULC’s third acquisition using the Metro Denver Impact Facility (MDIF). The 18,000 square foot site is located in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District and will support a mixed-use development with resident and commercial space. Future development will include at least 86 units of permanently affordable for-sale housing for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Inca Commons is expected to break ground in the third quarter of 2019, with units expected ot be available for purchase in late 2020.
