Garden Court at Yale Station will be a 66-unit, workforce apartment project to be developed jointly by ULC partners Mile High Development and Koelbel and Company. This is the second project at the station that supports affordable housing options along a transit corridor, both developments were awarded low-income housing tax credits through the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). The first successful development was The Apartments at Yale Station, affordable senior rental housing also developed by Mile High and Koelbel.
Garden Court will be a four-story building constructed on land purchased by ULC in July 2010 using the Denver Transit Oriented Development Fund. The expected year long construction is set to begin in March 2015. When completed, new residents will have access to a community room, fitness center, community garden, and ample outdoor space. Residents will also be provided with one Neighborhood ECO pass to make accessing the Southeast Rail Line even more convenient!

Comment by Sydney Odion-Smith on March 31, 2016 at 4:02 pmHello! I am a full-time college student who also works part-time. I am very interested in this place, because it is close to the light-rail and seems like it would be a quiet community. How do I go about securing a spot when the apartments are completed?

Comment by Nathan Reedy on July 18, 2016 at 8:09 pmHi,
I know that you keep referring everyone to call the owner of the building…Is there an email or website to use to contact them instead? I need to know, because I originally inquired about renting about the original Yale building, but I did not qualify due to minimum age. I was told that there was a second building being built that I would qualify for & was put on a waiting list, well before construction of Garden Court, but I’m not sure if this is the building I was on the list for & whether I am still on the list or not & in order to confirm/not sound stupid, this is why I need another way of contacting them besides a telephone number. Thank you.

Comment by Mark Roberts on December 8, 2017 at 6:36 pminterested in an apartment, with a balcony facing SW if possible. Is there pricing and availability information you can send me? Will it just be rentals or can I buy an apartment? Can you make down payments now?

Comment by Christi Smith on December 8, 2017 at 9:33 pmHi Mark, ULC was part of the development of the apartments but does not own or manage the building. Try contacting (303) 759-5913 to get more information on availability. Thanks!
