In 2011, ULC acquired the site with the TOD Fund and partnered with affordable housing developer Medici Consulting Group (MCG). Presently, the five-story development includes 50 units of affordable housing and 7,100 square feet of commercial space that opened in 2013.

This property is the first full success story of Denver’s Transit-Oriented Development Fund!
