ULC in partnership with St. Andrew’s Church, land banked two, 12,500 square foot parking lots at the 2000 block of Glenarm, with a vision for a mixed-use redevelopment which St. Andrew’s will be planning in the future. ULC sold ownership of these lots in 2017.

Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), in partnership with St. Andrews Church, bought two, 12,500 square foot parking lots at the 2000 block of Glenarm, one block from the transit stop at Welton and 20th in Downtown Denver. ULC sold ownership of the property to St. Andrew’s Church in 2017 who plans to develop the property in the future
