ULC Goes to the Community for Park Hill Village West Site Plans

The community visioning process at Park Hill Village West is well underway!  ULC is very excited to be in partnership with Radian and The Denver Foundation’s Strengthening Neighborhoods (SN) Development Program to engage the neighborhoods of Northeast Park Hill, Clayton and Globeville/Elyria-Swansea. A community focus group has been arranged to be the voice of  the community, and create neighborhood guiding principles that will drive the development.  Goals include making Park Hill Village West a livable community destination with respect to sustainability and walk/bikeability.

In the community group’s most recent meeting, facilitated by SN and Radian, the group created three different community concepts. Radian will now refer to these concepts to create a 3D rendering of the site, with respect to zoning and Denver’s neighborhood area plans. Check out this video, documenting the three concepts and the activity that went in to creating them.
