Construction of Park Hill Station is progressing quickly and is over  50% complete!  The project is very close to being on schedule, even with 35 days of weather delays earlier this year. Congratulations to our development partner Delwest!

Leasing will begin in 2016 with 100% completion near the end of the 1st quarter of 2016 to coincide with the opening of the A Line Commuter Rail corridor. These 156 affordable rental units will be a wonderful asset to the community, providing affordable housing at a rail station so residents have direct access to jobs, healthcare, education and other services in the Denver region.
