This year’s Westminster Latino Festival was hosted at the B Line Commuter Rail Station in an effort to promote culture and support diversity in the community. The festival filled the air with music from numerous countries, with freshly made food and information regarding urban living opportunities in the metro region.

ULC staff members Carmen Atilano, Michael Miera and Debra Bustos hosted a booth to answer questions and discuss ULC’s recent acquisitions in Westminster. ULC acquired our first property in 2018 with significant support from the City of Westminster, and recently acquired a building just two blocks from the Commuter Rail Station. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success!
