Urban Land Conservancy is dedicated to creating innovative solutions to increase access to housing, especially when it helps combat homelessness. From 2017-2018, ULC engaged in extensive public policy efforts and community engagement processes to create a opportunity for Beloved Community to build a Tiny Home Village at ULC’s land on 38th and Blake Street. ULC leased the land for $1 a month, which allowed the Tiny Home Village to thrive and expand. We are thrilled to hear of their continued expansion in the Globeville neighborhood.
