Wells Fargo recently featured the recently opened Park Hill Station Apartments at the 40th and Colorado commuter rail station on the A Line in Denver. The community has celebrated the opening of this much desired affordable housing development, and Wells Fargo highlighted the story of how this new housing option is truly impacting a mother and her two sons. The importance of transit oriented development (TOD) continues to be showcased throughout the region, and Wells Fargo played a major role in the development of these 156 units in the Park Hill neighborhood, helping to make the entire development a reality. The video below features how TOD can transform the lives of individuals and families. Equitable access to opportunity is key to the future success of all residents in the Denver region!
