ULC’s own VP of Master Site Development, Erin Clark, has authored an article for Colorado Lawyer about Community Land Trusts (CLT) as a model for helping to manage the scarcity of affordable housing. She explains that “CLTs offer options to remain affordable in perpetuity, and for nonprofits seeking stable real estate with a lower monthly cost.
