City of Denver Offers Real Estate in Globeville to Beloved Community Tiny Home Village

The City of Denver has offered a piece of land in Globeville as the future home for Beloved Community Tiny Home Village. The new site is less than one half mile from the current tiny home village at 38th and Blake in the Cole neighborhood. Before anything is made final, Denver City Council must first approve the proposed lease for $10 per year.

Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) currently leases our property at 38th and Blake to Beloved Community for $1 per month. We strongly support the village and their recent request to relocate to the Globeville neighborhood. We believe that this will not only allow for the continued success of the current village residents, but also allow for growth of the village, providing life-changing opportunities to individuals facing homelessness.
