On Tuesday evening, the Denver City Council passed the five year housing plan to guide Denver’s $150 million affordable housing fund. City council adopted the plan with an 11-1 majority, with Kevin Flynn of District 2 the only council member in opposition. There were a number of eager participants to voice their support of the plan, including representatives from All in Denver, Denver’s Early Childhood Council, West Denver Renaissance Collaborative, Neighborhood Development Collaborative, Urban Land Conservancy and Enterprise Community Partners.
