On Thursday September 14th, ULC hosted our annual end of summer party – this year with a focus on our Community Land Trust (CLT). For 10 years now, ULC has added properties across metro Denver into our CLT to permanently preserve real estate for long term community benefit.

We look forward to this night each and every year, as it provides an opportunity to see local community stakeholders, trusted partners and community members all in one place. This year’s event certainly did not disappoint, and we are already looking forward to next year. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and showed their support – it is because of our partners that we are able to further our mission each day.

And of course – thank you to our event sponsors! You all certainly made this event possible (and a ton of fun!)
