ULC’s Former Board Chair, Anne Garcia, Retires from Rose Community Foundation
On behalf of Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) we hope you will join us in celebrating Anne Garcia as she ends her 17-year tenure with Rose Community Foundation. On June 20th, Anne retired from her position as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer where she managed the financials and administrative efforts for the Foundation. You can read a tribute from Rose Community Foundation here.
ULC has been incredibly fortunate to work with Anne for more than 10 years as an integral member of ULC’s Board of Directors. Anne is a current member of both ULC’s Finance Committee and Board of Directors, and continues to serve as a leader to our organization, providing the insight and expertise necessary to steer ULC in the right direction. As our Board Chair, ULC could not have asked for a more compassionate, dedicated and selfless person to lead our Board of Directors.
Anne is revered in Denver’s philanthropic, finance and real estate community and is known as a forward thinking, innovative and creative pioneer. ULC would not be what we are today without Anne’s guidance and strategic thinking, and we know that there are countless organizations that would mirror these comments. Congratulations again!
