The Urban Land Institute (ULI) organized a tour of Colfax Avenue on May 10th, over 100 ULI members learned about the impactful investments being made along the country’s longest street!
ULC’s Mile High Vista was featured as part of this tour and Aaron Miripol had the opportunity to share with the group why a project like this will be catalytic to the West Colfax community. The development will not only be an economic boost, but will create jobs and important community assets including a new public library and 60 quality affordable homes.
The infrastructure investments being made on Colfax are making the avenue an even more enticing corridor for local and national developers. Thank you to ULI for highlighting these projects and future opportunities along Denver’s “main street.”
