Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) purchased Gateway from the Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) in January of 2012. CCH continues to provide transitional housing services to Denvers homeless families along high-frequency bus routes and the future East Rail Commuter Line of FasTracks.
