Urban Land Conservancy has made 16 real estate investments since our first property acquisition in 2006. This map illustrates where ULC’s assets and investments are located throughout Denver in relation to RTD’s Light and Commuter Rail lines. The properties highlighted in purple were acquired using Denver’s Transit-Oriented Development Fund, and include the preservation or creation of affordable housing near transit station sites.
