ULC helped finance the acquisition of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver’s Denver Home Improvement Outlet, located at 70 Rio Grande Boulevard, by providing Habitat with a below market bridge loan. As of April 2008 the bridge loan has been fully paid back to the ULC.
