ULC acquired this Northeast Park Hill property located at 33rd & Dahlia in December 2009. It was foreclosed upon in 2008 qualifying it for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The property consists of six buildings with a total of 36, 2-bedroom apartment homes and serves over 100 residents. Hope manages the Dahlia Street Apartments for ULC
